Home Menu (Quick Search)

This is what you see when you log into the system.  It is a simple yet highly functional.  To get started, you type in a student's name.  The system will instantly pull up names from your search.  You also have the top tool bar to search for incidents, find students, or perform administrative tasks.

Quick Search Results

I typed in "chris" even though I knew I was looking for Chris Carter.  The system displays every student that has "chris" in their name, so you can quickly select who you are looking for.

From here, I can either add an incident by clicking on "add" or I can view all of the past incidents for a particular student by clicking on "view."

Viewing Past Incidents for a Student

By clicking on the "view" button as seen in the previous screenshot, we are brought to this incident list for Chris Carter. The incidents are ordered from newest to oldest.  You can click on the date of the incident to open up the detailed incident page.  Here you can edit the incident, add information, and many other things.

Adding New Behavior Incidents

If I click on "add" incident by Chris Carter's name, I am brought to this page, where I can quickly add a behavior incident. The date of the incident is automatically populated for you, so all you need to do is select the location, time, and rule.  The written description of the incident is optional.

If the student has a parent email address tied to the account, you can send the parent an automatic email summary of the incident by clicking the email box before submitting the incident.

After submitting the incident, you can also create a pdf report of the incident with a click of a button.  The report button is located in the tool bar at the top of the screen.  Here is a sample.

After submitting the incident, you can click on "search" button on the top to bring you back to the home menu.

Advanced Incident Search

This is a powerful tool which allows you to filter through the data to find trends.  You can select one or more filtering criteria, and the system will pull up all of incidents that fit your search query.

For example, if you put in the date range for the past two weeks, and select the rule "bullying", the system would pull up all of the bullying incidents from the past two weeks. You can view the results in the system, or you can click on the "report" tab on the top of the screen to create a PDF report of the data you are looking at.  This allows you to print it for easy viewing and sharing.

Advanced Incident Search Results

I put in filters to find all of the incidents this year that involved defiance/disrespect. The system filters the most recent on the top. You can literally create hundred of unique reports with the advanced incidents search feature.

You can click on the "PDF report" tab to instantly create a pdf report of the data you are viewing.  The pdf report will be available for viewing or to download to your computer

Reports- Incident Count

The Incident Report Feature is another rich source of data.  You set the date range, and choose the subject: student, grade, rule, location, period, or teacher.  The system will create a pdf report and give a breakdown of each category.  You can view some sample reports by clicking on the links below:
